Returns & Exchanges

Nikki Blaine Couture gladly accepts returns and exchanges made within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased from nikkiblaine.com may only be returned by mail. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but Nikki Blaine Couture will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. We cannot handle returns or exchanges of purchases made outside of our website (nikkiblaine.com).

If you purchased merchandise through a retail location, you are subject to the return/exchange policies of the store you purchased our products. Please refer to the contact information on your store receipt for additional information. If purchased through our website directly, all packages must be returned prepaid. Contact us for exchange/refund mailing address. When sending, enclose the following along with merchandise: On a single sheet of paper, indicate whether you wish to exchange or refund; If this was a gift: Refund Me; or Refund the Giver. Also list each item enclosed in the package. This sheet will be your order summary. Retain a copy of your order summary for your records. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Packages must be returned prepaid.

For Canadian orders your International Processing Fee will be refunded only if you return your purchase by mail to the Canadian returns address provided. By sending us an exchange or return, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with The Canada Revenue agency to clear merchandise and process all duty and tax refunds.

If you have received a gift from nikkiblaine.com that you would like to return or exchange, on a single sheet of paper, indicate whether you wish to exchange or refund; If this is a exchange, a gift card will be sent to the original ship to address, or to a new address if specified along with the return. If this is an return, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
